Egypt Mummy Game
This
Egypt mummy game is definitely one for the younger kids, or even
older kids who like a bit of a shoot out involving Egypt, pyramid
and of course mummies! Originally the dead in Egypt were buried in
coffins however it was observed that the bodies decayed. Because
of a strong belief in the afterlife in Egyptian culture and that
the soul, which left the body at the point of death would reunite
with the body after it was buried, needed to find the body again
but could not do so if it was unrecognisable through decay, the
Egyptians preserved the bodies by embalming them and wrapping them
in strips of linen; a process we call mummification.
