This voodoo tribe game is set in Africa where voodoo is believed to have its origins many thousands of years ago. Based on the West African word "vodun" (spirit), African voodoo is far removed from the modern day images of human sacrifices and devil worship. Rather it was a life affirming earth belief that connected spiritual man with his secular environment practiced by the Aja, Ewe, and Fon peoples of Benin, Togo, Ghana, and Nigeria. The religion centres around the vodun spirits and other elements of divine essence that govern the Earth, ranging in power from major deities governing the forces of nature and human society to the spirits of individual streams, trees, and rocks. Play as an African witchdoctor and kill the other world lifeforms using your left and right arrow keys for movement, your A key to attack and your S key to jump.
